I bought this because it was available and my old optical mouse was giving me problems. So far the model K 72123 works fine although the tactile feel is not as nice as my old IntelliMouse. I’ll probably buy a different mouse because I miss the forward and back buttons, but for the price this is a decent mouse.

This product comes without software and it works perfectly fine. The mouse plugs into USB ports and has an attachment for old CPU’s with the circular green socket (sorry, don’t know what they’re called). The mouse is lightweight but the click is a tad loud.

    Problem free so far.

An excellent basic mouse from the fine folks at Kensington. The shape, size and feel are all good. The warranty is unparalleled for a cheap mouse. The software (on the Mac) is some of the most flexible out there (though it still hasn’t fully matched its former glory from the days of Mac OS 9).

I purchased this to use with my Mac because I wanted the extra button and the scroll wheel and it was so low priced. I have been totally happy with it. The finish is wearing on the buttons from finger contact, but the functionality is as good as new.

I also love the Mouseworks software that works with this mouse. It can be set to move the cursor fast with quick movements and slowly with slow movements. Big help for large monitors.

I’ve used this mouse for 4 or 5 years now. At home, not at work. First with an old Compaq notebook, now with my iMac. It’s cheap, it’s very light, and it still works great after all this time. I’ve probably spilled a drink or two around it, but that hasn’t slowed it down. It’s quite the work horse. Two buttons plus a third button as a clickable scroll wheel. The scroll wheel is quiet and feels good, even though it’s not a fly wheel. Unless you’re a gamer, I would whole heartedly recommend this mouse. And for that price, it’s got to rank among the best values of any product I’ve purchased.
